Executive
President
The President shall preside at all meetings of the association. The president looks over the entire committee.
Vice-President
Vice President is the officer directly under the President and shall preside at meetings in the absence of the President.
Treasurer
The treasurer is responsible for daily finances, bookkeeping of the association and ensures the preparation of the annual and monthly reports.
Secretary
The secretary will be responsible for affairs of the association. The secretary will draft the minutes of the meetings of the Board of Directors and Executive Office in the language of his or her choice.
Registrar
The registrar is responsible for managing registrations and maintaining the club’s member records.

Director of Belle-Baie
The Belle-Baie Director is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Petit-Rocher mini-program and represents the Petit-Rocher, Beresford, Robertville and Pointe-Verte area in the executive committee reunions.
Director of Bathurst
The Bathurst Director is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Bathurst mini-program and represents the Bathurst and Allardville area in the executive committee reunions.
